Bain-Waring Builders builds custom homes generally ranging from $400,000 to over $1,000,000. Yet, we still enjoy going back to our roots and building smaller homes when the opportunity presents itself. In 2007 Bain-Waring became the first EarthCraft House Certified Builder in Virginia. For almost 25 years we have molded and shaped the relationships with our subcontractors into a strong capable team of professionals who understand and prescribe to the high quality product that Bain-Waring demands. Some of our subcontractors have been working with us since the very start.

A hands-on builder, Mark Waring, personally works with each and every home buyer from start to finish. He will meet face-to-face with you to develop the house plans and set the budget. He walks you through the construction process, meeting on site when the lot is cleared, after framing is completed, prior to electrical installations and before closing. And when questions arise or changes need to be made, he is here to help.
